Maple Horseradish Sauce is one of my all time favourites. For the seafood lovers this is a must try. Great on something as simple as a hotdog, or hamburger, it also enhances your roast beef, and is terrific with bacon and cheese in a stuffed mushroom cap.  Don’t let the horseradish deceive you, with the added maple syrup, it doesn’t bite back, but acts as a wonderful glaze, or dipping sauce to kick up your everyday meal into something special.
